Let’s get the week off to a nourishing and restorative but also energising start. The focus is on setting you up for a great, positive week ahead with breathing, stretching, visualisation, and more.

Tuesdays
Gently Does It Yoga

-7.30am to 8.15am (UK time)

A top-to-toe stretch for your whole body. Suitable for all levels, this is a slow paced class that’s a great restorative start to the day if you’re in the UK, or a wonderful way to wind down before bed and release the stresses of the day if you’re in New Zealand/Australia.

Wednesdays
Fierce Grace Yoga

-7.30am to 8.15am (UK time)

A stronger flow class with the focus on building up strength and cardiovascular fitness while also keeping the benefits of stretching and breathing.

Thursdays
