Yoga is the science of living. It is an ancient practise for bringing the mind, body and spirit into alignment with the aim of achieving enlightenment.
Then again, maybe all you want to do is be a bit more flexible. Every person’s yoga practice is unique to them.
I certified as yoga teacher in India in 2014. I first completed the RYT 200 in RishiKesh – a town on the banks of the Holy river Ganges that’s known as the world capital of yoga. A a year later I did my RYT 500 on an ashram in the southern Indian province of Kerala.
I teach group and private yoga classes from my own boutique studio in Peasedown St John as well as at the Bath YMCA. Having moved to the UK from Dubai in 2016, I taught yoga in Dubai at Golds Gym in Ibn Battuta, at the Yoga Ashram Studio in Jumeirah Lake Towers, as well as teaching private clients at home.
Also an energy healing practitioner, I offer private sessions using the ThetaHealing Technique as well as EFT Tapping. I’ve also studied Spiritual Response Therapy, kinesiology and Reiki. These techniques can be used for all manner of physical, mental and emotional conditions and dis-eases but I specialise in weight loss and stress management.
