Kia ora,

As an energy therapist and a yoga instructor (RYT 500), I've spent decades studying and trying every kind of alternative, complementary and spiritual healing modality that has crossed my path. It’s been a lifelong passion and fascination.

I’m obsessed with learning about energy healing modalities. Over the years, I’ve studied more energy and spiritual healing practices than I care to remember.

From crystals and pendulum dowsing to kinesiology, sound healing, mediumship, channelling, animal communication, astral travel, Tarot card readings, past life regressions… and so much more. It’s been fun, fascinating, and at times, profound.

Along the way, I've been certified as a practitioner in a number of healing modalities, including ThetaHealing, EFT Tapping, Kinesiology, Reiki, and Spiritual Response Therapy.

For me, the bottom line is that everything is energy and ultimately our connection to Source energy is the path to the profound healing and transformation that we are all searching for.

As well as healing, I've had a long career in the media as a newspaper journalist, writer, author, magazine editor, web editor, and magazine publisher. Whilst living in Dubai, I launched that region’s first holistic health magazine, called Awakenings Middle East.

As well, I've has written several fiction and non-fiction books including: How To Heal Your Weight – A 16-Step Mind, Body Spirit Approach to Fat Freedom.

EFT Tapping

Emotional Freedom Techniques, or Tapping, combines gentle fingertip tapping on acupressure points with focused attention to safely release emotional discomfort.

Oracle card readings

Using a pack of oracle cards, we ask for spiritual guidance and clarity on any issue in your life.
