With EFT Tapping, we aim to get to the underlying root cause of whatever is not working out in your life, be that a physical condition, dysfunctional relationship patterns, anxieties, money worries, allergies, phobias…

It’s possible to clear emotional issues at a deep enough level that physical healing results. Ultimately, the body will tend to heal itself if its energy is allowed to flow. The biggest thing that blocks the flow of energy is how emotional issues and past traumas are held in the body.

For a simple issue, one session may be enough but to allow for deeper healing, I recommend a minimum of three sessions.

• Single sessions are an hour to 75 minutes long and cost NZ $95 per session.
• A 3 session package costs NZ $250.
• A 6 session package costs NZ $450.
